Kids Yoga is a great way for children to discover healthy self-awareness and develop self-esteem in a fun and interactive environment.

Children are born yogis and practice without notice throughout their development and are taught in class how to utilize their bodies to fully gain a sense of awareness in movement. Yoga can further childrenç—´ language development, including literacy growth, listening skills, cooperation, and patience.

Kids learn to play, sing, move and imitate animals and nature of all kinds. Most importantly yoga helps children focus on their breath, which aids in their concentration and focus leaving children with a sense of calm and well being so that they can shine in all they do.
